Our corporate model is designed to flex across sectors and scales. We work with organisations that need reliable, sustainable transport and power — often at short notice, across multiple sites, and with the reporting to prove it.
Which corporate sectors can you support?
Here are some of the sectors where Zimbl can make an impact.
Film & television production
Productions need vehicles at short notice, for varying durations, across unpredictable locations: and increasingly, they need to prove their sustainability credentials to broadcasters and commissioners. Zimbl provides flexible EV fleets for cast, crew and logistics, from compact runarounds and people carriers to specialist surveillance, aerial filming and catering support vehicles. We pair that with on-location charging and off-grid power generation using mobile DC chargers and HVO generators, so your entire production transport and energy requirement is covered sustainably. We are BAFTA ‘We Are Albert’ approved suppliers, making compliance straightforward.
Large corporates and headquarters
For businesses with large office campuses, distribution centres or multi-site operations, Zimbl replaces the complexity of managing company car schemes, pool vehicles and charging infrastructure with a single, managed service. We can provide a dedicated on-site EV fleet available by the hour through our app, install and maintain charging points, and supply the power infrastructure behind them. For organisations pursuing net zero targets, our ESG reporting platform provides board-ready data on emissions reduction and modal shift – exactly the kind of evidence that sustainability reports, annual accounts and investor presentations require.
Hotels, venues and members’ clubs
From country house hotels to city members’ clubs, Zimbl provides luxury and premium EV hire as a guest amenity, available by the hour through our app, with vehicles delivered and charged on site. For venues hosting events, conferences or weddings, we can supply guest shuttle services, branded vehicles and temporary charging facilities. The combination of premium vehicles and seamless sustainability gives hospitality brands a genuine differentiator, and our concierge-level service means the experience matches the setting.
Construction and infrastructure
Major construction projects increasingly require sustainable transport plans as a condition of planning consent. Zimbl provides managed EV fleets for site management teams, alongside off-grid charging and power generation for locations where mains electricity is months away from connection. Our containerised BESS units and HVO generators keep vehicles charged and site facilities powered, while our data platform tracks and reports the environmental performance required by planning conditions and contractor sustainability scorecards.
Events, festivals & temporary sites
Any temporary site – a festival, a sporting event, an outdoor exhibition – faces the same challenge: getting people and equipment around sustainably, often with no permanent power or infrastructure. Zimbl supplies short-notice EV fleets, electric bikes and scooters for crew and operations teams, paired with mobile charging units and scalable generator packages. Everything arrives, operates and leaves with our team managing it end-to-end, giving event organisers one less thing to worry about and a strong sustainability story to tell.
What technology drives the Zimbl operations?
Our future proof energy and technology platform underpins every Zimbl operation.
Through our tech platform, Z-App, residents, workers and visitors interact with every aspect of their community’s mobility, energy and shared amenities. It is not a fleet management tool. It is the interface between a person and the place they live and tracks utilisation, carbon savings, modal shift and community engagement in real time — giving local authorities the data they need to demonstrate the value of Zimbl to local taxpayers.
How does the corporate service work?
Every corporate partnership starts with understanding your specific requirements – the number and type of vehicles, the locations, the power infrastructure available, and the sustainability reporting you need. From there, we design a tailored package covering mobility, charging and power, managed end-to-end by our operations team.
Your people book vehicles through the Zimbl app – the same platform used by individuals to book our services. Our in-field engineers onboard every driver to their vehicle and the app, maximising safety and minimising insurance risk. Our SLAs run 24/7 whether we are at your headquarters or on a remote location, and our concierge team is a phone call away.
What are the unit cost prices?
For organisations considering exclusivity arrangements, we offer significant commercial incentives in return for volume commitments and favourable contract terms. Pricing is always tailored, but as a guide: EVs from £80 per day, mobile chargers from £500 per week, and generators from £300 to £1,200 per week depending on specification and contract length.
