Zimbl is a highly versatile property and technology proposition, available in a number of formats for different requirements and environments.

There are three main products with a range of accompanying services and facilities as summarised below. Our tech platform, the Z-App, is the digital backbone for each, through which residents, workers and visitors interact with every aspect of their community’s multi-modal mobility, energy and shared amenities.

Z-Base (Energy & Transport Solutions)

  • Energy and mobility infrastructure. (Z-Power, Z-Charge, Z-Mobility)
  • Offers energy (solar and smart grid) and EV hire and charging services.
  • All managed by Zimbl for local authorities, business parks, hospitals, corporate HQs and smaller residential developments.
  • Compact footprint from 50 sq ft.

Z-Hub (Our full service)

  • Everything in a Z-Base, plus café, coworking space, farm food shop, e-bike, e-taxi, and e-delivery. (Z-Café, Z-Work, Z-Shop, Z-Taxi, Z-Hire, Z-Bike, Z-Delivered)
  • Fully Zimbl-branded and Zimbl-operated and staffed for seven days.
  • For master-planned residential developments and garden villages.
  • 2,000 sq ft and above.

Z-Enterprise (Includes third party operators)

  • All Zimbl energy, transport and technology infrastructure but including third-party commercial tenants instead of Zimbl-branded café and food retail facilities.
  • Zimbl acts as landlord, management company or freeholder and collaborates with partners on planning, construction, leasing and long-term operation.
  • For large-scale mixed-use and residential developments with established tenant relationships.
